Mr. Guy Moore is the owner of the Garnet & Gold stores in Tallahassee. They sell all kinds of Florida State sports stuff. My Dad and Mr. Moore became friends last year and he has been sending me some really cool autographed things from former FSU players who are now in the pros. I'll show some of the players.
This week I received an autographed (to me) photo of former Seminoles star defensive player, Ernie Sims. FSU retired his #34 jersey and he has had two great seasons with the Detroit Lions. He's led the Lions in tackles both years and last year he had 106 tackles!
Dad wishes his arms looked like Ernie's.
ESPN.com has an article predicting that Ernie Sims will be one of four NFL defensive players to have a breakout season in 2008. Check it out.
