Presson & Patriots In-Person

It was a rainy day at LP Field in Nashville. Titans vs. Patriots. Our seats were up high but at mid field. The newspaper experts predicted the Titans would beat the Patriots 23-20. They were wrong. The Pats & Titans were close until near the end of the 3rd quarter. In the 4th quarter the Patriots started to pull away. The Titan highlights were a PacMan Jones punt return for a touchdown and Vince Young scrambled for another 20+ yard touchdown run. Vince had trouble throwing the ball, going 15 for 36 and 2 interceptions. Tom Brady hit his receivers for long gains and Corey Dillon ran for several first downs and two touchdowns. With the Jets' win the Patriots will face the Jets in the first round of the playoffs. Tomorrow I'll give you my predictions for all the NFL playoffs.

Cameron's Top 5 Reasons Ohio State will Beat UF
in the BCS Championship Game

1. The QB Match-up: Troy Smith is going to out-duel Chris Leak
2. The Running Game: OSU running back, Antonio Pittman, will gain 100+ yards
3. Playing Catch: Speedy OSU wide receiver Ted Ginn, Jr. will make more plays than UF freshman, Perry Harvin.
4. Getting Defensive: Gators have the slight edge on defense. Player to watch: Jarvis Jackson.
5. Mind Games: The Head Coaches OSU coach Jim Tressel coached the Buckeyes to an undefeated season despite losing 4 All-Americans last year to the NFL

Gators must prove that they even deserve to be in the championship game.
(I think Michigan should be playing Ohio State for the championship.)

Dear Santa

Dear Santa,

Please bring...

* the Nashville Predators a Stanley Cup
* Vince Young a NFL Rookie of the Year award
* Terrell Owens a muzzle
* LeBron James an MVP award
* Bobby Bowden a new offensive coordinator
* the Univ of Alabama anybody who will agree to coach the football team
* the Miami Hurricanes a 4-year probation
* my Tornadoes 9-10 basketball team a league championship
* Wake Forest a victory in the Orange Bowl ( this is really for my Dad)
* the NY Yankees' Alex Rodriguez a bigger glove
* NFL draft expert Mel Kiper a mohawk
* Bobby Knight a therapist
* Barry Bonds a heart and a personality
* New England Patriots another Super Bowl win ( this will make Trevor really mad )

I know I am asking for these on short notice but none of these are really due Christmas morning. By the way, Trevor does not believe in you so you don't have to leave anything for him under the tree. I'm a BIG believer.

Thanks,
Cameron

Allen Iverson a Golden Nugget

Two feet of snow fell from the skies in Colorado and then 6 feet of basketball magic. Christmas came early to Denver as the Philadelphia 76'ers traded their All-Star player to the Denver Nuggets. Iverson played his first game Friday night at home against the Sacramento Kings. He played 39 minutes and scored 22 points and dished 10 assists. It'll be a challenge to share the ball with Carmelo Anthony when C.A. returns from the 15-game suspension. Philly will regret the move when they end this season with the worst record in the Eastern Conference. Denver will be Title contenders with the dynamic duo.
